Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director at Brim Interiors Design. The Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of design projects, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the design team, leading client relationships, driving project timelines, and ensuring optimal collaboration with builders, developers, and homeowners. The Director will also spearhead business strategy initiatives, oversee budgets, monitor project profitability, and represent the studio in client and industry engagements. Strong leadership and creative vision will be integral to this role, with a focus on delivering intentional, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and strategic thinking
• Experience in interior design, project management, and space planning
• Strong knowledge of furnishings, finishes selection, and model home merchandising
• Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills, with experience collaborating with builders, developers, and homeowners
• Proficiency in budget oversight, project timelines, and profitability tracking
• Ability to balance creative vision with attention to detail and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and custom furnishing workflows is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to manage and complete projects in a remote work environment
