Plant Aesthetics Custodial Lead Lider de Limpieza Swing Shift Location Lynden WA Training Schedule Minimum 4 weeks Day Shift MondayFriday 700 AM 330 PM Permanent Schedule after training Swing Shift MondayFriday 230 PM 1100 PM Lynden Door is hiring a Custodial Lead to support and coordinate facility cleaning and upkeep across our campus during swing shift This is a hands on working lead role youll work alongside the team while helping guide daily operations support training and ensure our facilities remain clean safe and well maintained If you enjoy leading by example staying organized and taking pride in keeping things clean and welcoming this may be a great fit What Youll Do As a Custodial Lead you will work on the floor while helping coordinate the team by Supporting daily cleaning operations for restrooms lunchrooms offices tour areas and common spaces Providing leadership and direction to the swing shift cleaning team Watching for safety hazards and communicating concerns promptly Training team members and helping maintain consistent cleaning standards Conducting one on one check ins and supporting employee development Coordinating restocking and management of cleaning office and lunchroom supplies Supporting company events by helping plan cleaning coverage and labor needs Overseeing use and basic upkeep of floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment Maintaining and following standard operating procedures SOPs Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Communicating regularly with leadership including daily shift updates Performing cleaning and facility work alongside the team as needed What Were Looking For Bilingual communication skills EnglishSpanish perferred Reliable organized and safety mindet Comfortable in a working lead role Strong communication and teamwork skills Willing to coach train and lead by example Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Proactive and solution oriented Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in facilities custodial manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred Prior leadership or lead experience is a plus Basic computer skills email Word Excel Ability to use cleaning equipment and carts safely Physical Requirements Often lifting pushing pulling carrying or shifting up to 50 pounds Frequent bending stooping twisting and repetitive motions involving knees back ankles wrists elbows shoulders and neck Ability to stand for 89 hours per day Compensation & Benefits Wage 2225 and up based on experience Includes a 175 Swing Shift Premium The swing shift premium begins after the four week training period Medical dental and vision insurance Health Savings Account HSA with employer contributions 401k with company profit sharing 401k eligible after 90 days; profit share after 1 year 8 Paid Holidays eligible after 90 days Paid Time Off PTO Accrues at 2 weeksyear to start eligible after 90 days Career development and advancement opportunities This is a great opportunity to join a company that values quality teamwork and professional growth If youre ready to make an impact apply today More About Our Company We are an equal opportunity employer and one of North Americas leading manufacturers of quality residential and commercial interior wood doors The great service and products we are able to deliver are a result of the hard work and talent of our exceptional team We work very hard to hire the best team members who share our core values in respect for all people integrity in every situation and quality in everything we do A supportive team with diverse backgrounds and career experiences from all around the world strengthens who we are and provides many opportunities for continuous growth and development within our Company GrowWithUs
