Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for a Chief Financial Officer at Bitgo.Capital. The CFO will oversee the company’s financial strategy, manage financial planning processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing reports to inform executive decision-making, and working to optimize financial performance and growth. The CFO will closely collaborate with the executive team to align financial objectives with business goals and manage risk effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements preparation
• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to drive insights and support strategic decision-making
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in investment, risk management, or managing financial operations is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is advantageous
