Service Desk Analyst 2 | Pennsylvania | Hybrid We’re working with a leading enterprise IT solutions and digital transformation partner on this exciting opportunity.

Step into a high-impact technical role where you will drive resolution across a diverse ecosystem of Microsoft Cloud and infrastructure technologies. We are looking for a sharp, proactive problem-solver to manage complex incidents and optimize performance for a sophisticated client base using tools like M365, Azure, and Intune.

The Role

  • Act as a technical escalation point for incoming incidents, ensuring high first-call resolution rates through expert troubleshooting of Windows Server and M365 environments.
  • Administer and maintain mission-critical infrastructure including Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and Azure Entra ID to ensure peak security and reliability.
  • Manage M365 services with a focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune, while overseeing user access rights and system security guidelines.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring server performance (IIS, Apache, SQL) and proactively identifying trends to eliminate recurring technical bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate on internal knowledge base documentation and process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support environment with a heavy focus on case management and troubleshooting.
  • Deep technical proficiency across the Microsoft stack, including Windows Server, M365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
  • Proven experience with virtualization and enterprise technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong administrative skills with Active Directory, GPOs, and web services (IIS/Apache) alongside basic SQL or MySQL database support.
  • A self-motivated mindset with the ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (estimated 1 week every 6 weeks).
