LIGHT EQUIPMENT/ROLL-OFF OPERATOR-CARLSBAD – STARTING PAY: $21.00 – $23.18 PER HOUR DOE

THIS POSITION REQUIRES A COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE BRIEF DESCRIPTION This position works in a crew environment to assist the Road Department with the Solid Waste Transportation of trash to Sandpoint Landfill for delivery of roll off containers Each operator will be given a designated routes to transport the containers and maintenance will be scheduled on equipment The Light Equipment Operator possesses knowledge of sub base compaction base construction and surface construction of un surfaced Is proficient in the use of compact equipment to reach desired compaction levels Has the ability to dig grade and place drainage structures in right of way entrances or under roads to prevent or relieve flooding and washouts and the ability to place cattle guards and footers as directed Performs daily maintenance check lists of equipment including DOT walk around pre trip and operation inspections Employees must be able to work independently Employee may be required to work irregular hours attend job related meetings and perform all other related duties as required and assigned The Road Manager Carlsbad Road Manager Artesia and Sandpoint Manager all have equal authority to direct your work schedule at any time TO VIEW FULL JOB DESCRIPTION PLEASE CLICK LINK BELOW LIGHT EQUIPMENTROLL OFF OPERATOR CARLSBAD JOB SPEC STARTING PAY RANGE 2100 2318 PER HOUR DOE
