- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications in Python
- Demonstrable experience with major Agentic Frameworks such as Langgraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, A2A, AutoGen, or similar
- Proficiency in developing and managing MCP Servers
- Experience with Vector Databases and Embeddings
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in developing AI Agents
- Familiarity with additional agentic frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Python
- Work with AI frameworks to build and enhance AI agents
- Manage and optimize MCP Servers
- Implement and manage Vector Databases and Embeddings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
