Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bitgo.Capital. The COO will oversee daily business operations, develop and implement strategic business plans, and ensure operational efficiency across all departments. This individual will collaborate with leadership to drive financial growth, manage budgets, and align operational activities with organizational goals. The COO will also evaluate business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement systems to optimize productivity. Regular interactions with stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and alignment with the company’s vision and objectives will also be part of their responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive insights
• Experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage resources effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and manage remote teams
• Proven experience in managing complex operations in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
• Experience in technology-driven or fintech industries is a plus
