Senior Manager, Customer Marketing | Dallas, TX | Remote-Friendly We’re working with a premier leader in smart home security protecting over one million customers on this exciting opportunity. You will own the full lifecycle strategy for a massive 800k+ customer base, leveraging advanced marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze to drive retention and revenue expansion in a high-growth recurring revenue environment.

The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, and churn prevention to maximize LTV and reduce RMR attrition.
  • Design and execute high-impact multi-channel campaigns across Email, Direct Mail, In-App, and Push notifications using data-driven segmentation.
  • Spearhead growth initiatives for subscription add-ons and premium upsells to drive tangible revenue expansion across the customer journey.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, BI, and Finance to develop sophisticated A/B testing frameworks and predictive personalization strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous optimization.

What You’ll Need

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Retention Marketing specifically within a subscription or RMR business model.
  • Proven mastery of marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, or OfferFit.
  • Strong technical background in campaign performance analytics, data-driven segmentation, and integrating direct mail into digital journeys.
  • Experience operating in Private Equity-backed or high-growth environments where speed and financial accountability are paramount.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
