Sales Development Representative
Care Cap Plus, LLC helps hospitals increase collections on patient financial responsibility by engaging patients through a highly personalized, concierge-level approach that clarifies medical bills, builds trust, and motivates payment. This is a full-time remote role where the SDR will be responsible for lead and referral generation, with the goal of identifying relationships with key centers of influence. The incumbent will also be responsible for creating and coorindating a referral network across the US, in addition to contributing to the firm’s overall sales and business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, and/or Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and MS Excel, with the ability to use varied CRM tools
- Understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus
