Scheduler Responsibilities

• As a scheduler, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the nursing staff schedules for your facility.
• You will review, approve, and book shifts for in house nurses and nursing assistants.
• You will identify gaps in the upcoming schedule and work to fill those gaps.
• You will handle and process last minute shift requests, cancellations, and no-shows.

Requirements Scheduler Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer program knowledge.
• Clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge or health care terminology preferred.
