Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Vice President at Bitgo.Capital. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, driving company growth, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiency, managing stakeholder relationships, and representing the company in high-level meetings and partnerships. The Executive Vice President will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, managing risks, and maintaining the organization’s vision and mission.

• Proven experience in business development, market analysis, and revenue optimization
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge in operations management, corporate governance, and risk assessment
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Adaptability and ability to manage in a fast-paced, evolving industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is highly desirable)
• Prior experience in senior executive leadership roles is required
