Sourcing Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month contract w/ potential for extension
Overview:
As a recruiting specialist, you’ll use your skills to capture top talent while helping people achieve their career aspirations. As part of a robust Talent Acquisition team, you’ll develop activities related to the recruitment of external applicants for the firm. You’ll develop and maintain contacts with various employment sources to meet the organization’s staffing requirements for professional level employees.
Scope of Work:
· Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using the tools provided.
· Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates.
· Document activity in the tools provided.
· Work with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews.
· Submittals/Interviews/Offers/Hires tracking in Excel.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates.
· 2+ years of experience recruiting with IT.
· Experience with applicant tracking systems.
· Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units.
· Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
· HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with working in a DoD environment.
· Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
· Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Bachelor’s degree.
