Technical Project Manager – Hybrid Role
Requirements
Must have:
– Bachelors degree in information technology (IT) or a related field – Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management across various methodologies – Proficiency in documenting and managing project workflows using industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project – Proven success in project management – At least two (2) years of experience in team settings and implementing healthcare systems involving HL7v2 / FHIR / CCD / Clinical data – A minimum of three (3) years managing healthcare clients – Experience with clinical data-driven quality and functionality – Familiarity with best practices in quality management preferred – PMP certification is highly preferred Other Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: – Strong grasp of contemporary project management practices – Capacity to work independently and collaboratively – Ability to adopt premier processes and tools – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – High level of analytical ability to solve complex issues – Advanced interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and motivate team members
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the comprehensive execution of intricate technical projects related to LANES HIE, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals – Collaborate closely with internal teams, healthcare providers, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables – Create extensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource distribution, while monitoring progress and identifying potential risks – Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates – Facilitate change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes, providing training and support for successful implementation
