IT Project Manager

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field. – Over 1 year of experience in project management or post-sales support. – Capability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence various organizational levels. – Strong verbal and written communication abilities. – Flexibility to manage multiple projects, respond to delays, and adapt to customer needs or unexpected challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for clients throughout the entire project process. – Facilitate project kickoff meetings and provide regular status updates. – Convert business needs into clear technical tasks for development teams. – Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables. – Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. – Break down projects into epics, user stories, and sprint tasks. – Organize Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. – Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or obstacles. – Ensure timely project delivery within the defined scope.
