Technical Project Manager – IT Solutions
Requirements
Must have:
– Bachelors degree or over 10 years of relevant experience in project management – Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level, cross-functional technical initiatives – Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and risk reduction – Preferred experience with SAP Concur, ServiceNow, and large-scale system integrations
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical and business projects, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives, timelines, and budget constraints – Oversee enterprise system integration efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration across platforms and departments – Define and manage project scope, risks, and dependencies through structured governance and proactive communication – Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and consulting partners to guarantee accountability and high-quality deliverables – Promote continuous improvement by standardizing project management processes, tools, and performance metrics – Manage the complete lifecycle of the Revenue Collection Relocation Program, including concept development, site selection, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operational transition – Supervise planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and financial standards – Direct the rollout of a new travel management solution, including procurement activities and integration with SAP Concur Travel & Expense – Assist in the deployment of individual travel cards and collaborate with financial partners to integrate card feeds with SAP Concur – Plan and execute a consolidated credit card program (P Card and Travel Card) – Collaborate with IT to implement a travel management support model, including ServiceNow ticketing, test case development, UAT, change management, and training
