We’re seeking a skilled UI-UX Designer to join a pioneering company at the forefront of spatial intelligence. This organisation empowers decision-makers with innovative solutions, fostering a culture of problem-solvers and changemakers.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for mission-critical government applications.

• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.

• Define, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to validate user flows.

• Produce high-fidelity, accessible, and visually consistent UI designs.

• Document interaction behaviors, design rationale, and micro-copy for implementation.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• Demonstrated experience conducting UX research, analysis, and synthesis.

• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

• Active U.S. Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level with required polygraph.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
