We are seeking a **Client Relationship Manager** to oversee client engagements, ensure exceptional service delivery, and foster strong, long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business needs and goals
  • Monitor and manage client satisfaction, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver timely and effective solutions
  • Track client interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Prepare reports on client status, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and provide orientation on services

Qualifications Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
