Recruiter

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Recruiter for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Greensboro, NC . (100% Remote)

Required Skills :

• Bachelor Degree in HR, Sales, Marketing or related discipline (Will consider 7 years in recruitment with an Associate Degree)
• 3 years of current Recruitment – HR experience
• Significant knowledge of full-cycle recruiting (e.g. sourcing for talent, designing and executing selection processes, screening strategy and behavioral interviewing

Preferred Skills :

• Clinical healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• High volume recruiting experience preferred
• PHR or SPHR preferred
