Job Description
- Facilitates story sizing during planning, backlog grooming, and sprint sessions for 1-2 teams.
- Develops and maintains relationships with business owners, product owners, sponsors, vendors, and clients.
- Leads Agile ceremonies with a focus on delivery analytics and dependencies across teams.
- Uses velocity data to assist teams with commitments and delivery forecasts.
- Analyzes delivery patterns, cascade impacts, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Monitors work progression, identifies deviations, and reports on delivery health.
- Develops dashboards for insights into team performance and project risks.

Education/Licenses Needed
- Proficiency in Python, Power Automate, and SQL.
