- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban
- Background in organizational change management
- Certification in Scrum Master or Agile Coaching
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure effective team collaboration
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress
- Mentor teams and individuals in Agile mindset and continuous improvement
