Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for a project located in Henderson, NV. This is a full time opportunity and the pay range is $25–$30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:

  • Installing junction boxes
  • Running & pulling electrical wire
  • Conduit bending; EMT, RMC, PVC
  • Working with flex conduit
  • Understanding of homeruns & terminations
  • Panel wiring, breaker installation, & troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge/understanding of:

  • The National Electrical Code (NEC)

  • Installing & maintaining electrical systems

  • Using tools like multimeter’s, conduit benders, wire strippers, & power tools

  • Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams & schematics

  • Required Tools & Skills:

  • Lineman’s pliers (cutting, twisting, gripping)

  • Needle-nose pliers (tight spaces, bending wire ends)

  • Diagonal cutters (clean wire cuts)

  • Wire strippers (adjustable/fixed gauge)

  • Screwdrivers (Flathead Phillips, preferably insulated)

  • 11-in-1 or multi-bit screwdrivers

  • Nut drivers and channel locks/pump pliers

  • 25-ft tape measure (durable, magnetic preferred)

  • Torpedo level (magnetic for boxes/conduit)

  • Combination square for marking straight cuts

  • Voltage tester (non-contact preferred)

  • Multimeter (voltage, current, resistance, continuity)

  • Conduit bender (hand benders for ½” & ¾” EMT)

  • Fish tape (pulling wire through conduit)

  • Electrical tape (multiple colors for labeling)

  • Cable puller/rope (for long conduit runs; may be provided)

  • Tool belt or pouch

  • Utility knife, flashlight/headlamp, hammer
