Welder

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused MIG Welder to perform welding and fabrication work on a variety of metal products. This role requires the ability to read drawings, set up parts, and produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures while producing quality work and products
• Read and work from shop drawings and customer drawings with little or no supervision
• Perform MIG welding for mechanical strength on various products and materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• Select proper welding equipment, wire, voltage, and current as required
• Apply appropriate welding techniques to meet specifications and quality standards
• Assemble and set up parts including clamping, tacking, blocking, and alignment to avoid distortion
• Operate air-powered tools and hand tools during the fabrication process
• Complete other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1+ year of welding experience or welding certification

Physical Requirements

• Moderate to heavy physical effort
• Frequent handling of average to heavy materials
• Standing for extended periods during the workday
