Quality Inspection

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Inspection Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to identify defects, and a commitment to maintaining high production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and hands-on inspections on parts or finished products
• Identify defects such as cracks, dents, scratches, or other surface flaws
• Remove non-conforming parts from the production process
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain inspection records
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and inspection procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors or team leads
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as required
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
