Stand-Up Forklift Operator — Warehouse

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Operate stand-up forklifts (reach truck or similar) safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse
  • Pick, stage, and transport products according to work orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow warehouse procedures
  • Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (required)
  • Previous warehouse experience (required)
  • Valid forklift certification (preferred or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
