People who want to do a great job want to work for a company that values that dedication We do Snider Fleet Solutions is one of the largest commercial tire dealers and retread service providers in the nation We are recognized as an industry leader for providing innovative outsourcing alternatives to both single truck customers and large multi location trucking fleets In addition to in shop services we also offer 247 emergency roadside assistance Youll be working with people who put everything theyve got into their jobs Because they love what they do and they love being on a winning team We go the extra mile in everything we do We Offer Paid Time Off PTO personal holiday sick and vacation Career advancement opportunities 401k retirement planningProfit sharingMedical Dental VisionEmployer Paid LifeEmployer Paid Short Term DisabilityAnd MoreWe are currently seeking a team member who believes in the extra mile philosophy to fulfill our TRACS Administrative Specialist role The TRACS Administrative Specialist is responsible for fulfilling all customer needs such as taking tire orders over the phone or email scheduling pickups and processing paperwork for customers Responsible for all TRACS billing in general What Youll Do on a Typical Day Responsible for completion of tire ordering process to include but not limited to writing up orders to be pulled creating work orders for customers and submitting work orders to be processed and invoiced after delivery Responsible for all clerical and office paperwork to include but not limited to completed orders driver logsfolders customer pickupsdrop offs scrap out sessions etc Communicate and process tirewheel orders with surrounding Snider locations Solutions products and servicesDaily billing of invoices; processing AP invoices per the Snider Fleet Solutions processLearn and use our FleetSMART customer tracking systemHandle calls from customers and vendors as it pertains to APARAssist in the monthly inventory processProvide product and service information to customers both on the phone and in personField all incoming calls providing excellent customer serviceDisplay proper phone etiquetteQuote prices and provide product informationLearn and use our FleetSMART customer tracking systemFollow all safety rules wear proper PPE and demonstrate safety conscious mindsetDemonstrate excellent attendance show up to work on time and in the correct uniformAdheres to all policies procedures and values of Snider Fleet SolutionsThis position will be based in a commercial service andor manufacturingdistribution center at one of our Snider Branches The majority of this position will consist of normal office tasks interaction amongst peers and other Snider branches The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles interacts with moving mechanical partsequipment and the noise level at the service center is usually moderate to high Our Ideal Candidate Education or Experience High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years experience within the industry or a related management positionFamiliarity with Paylocity and AS400 software is a plus Skills and Abilities Ability to pass background check and drug screen Must have strong organizational and time management skills as well as close attention to detailStrong skills in Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel & PowerPoint and the ability to learn and operate other software AS400 SAP BTN etc Superior customer service and communication skills both written and verbalAbility to use all necessary office equipment scanner facsimile machines calculators postage machines copiers etcUnderstanding of invoicing and billing procedures Sensitivity to all confidential mattersReliable and dependable with self initiativeAbility to work effectively as a team member and independently with minimal supervisionAbility to learn quickly and take on new responsibilitiesProficient with 10 Key Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client baseAbility to understand and meet month end quarter end and year end deadlinesAbility to work overtime based on branch or department needsUnderstanding of industry standards and practices in accomplishing these standards Ability to multi task work effectively under pressure and time constraintsAnalytical skills including research ability to interpret data and ability to analyze informationAbility to train and coach in administrative practices Familiarity with Paylocity is a plus Supplier specific product knowledge You bring the drive Well provide the training Apply today to join our winning team
