Qualifications

• Proficiency in working with lifting equipment, including cranes and rigging tools
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Experience in field service operations and ability to effectively work on various job sites
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and expertise in equipment maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in heavy equipment maintenance or related field preferred
• Relevant work experience in mobile crane and rigging services is highly desirable.
