Child Welfare Strategic Planning Consultant / Program Assessment Consultant 12-month contract South Dakota (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities 1. Program Assessment Review and evaluate the Stronger Families Together initiative Assess current processes, advisory structure, and program effectiveness Identify strengths, gaps, and improvement opportunities in the program
2. Research and Stakeholder Engagement Review key documents such as: Strategic plans Recruitment plans Steering committee reports Collect feedback from: Stakeholders Ministries child welfare organizations
3. Strategic Planning Develop a 3-year strategic plan including: Vision and strategic priorities Clear goals and objectives Performance metrics and measurable outcomes
4. Implementation Support Develop implementation strategies and timelines Identify resources required to implement the plan Create milestones to measure progress Support agency leadership during rollout of the plan Facilitate meetings and provide guidance to stakeholders

Required Experience Candidates should demonstrate experience in: Child welfare systems Strategic planning Program assessment Stakeholder engagement Government or public-sector consulting experience (preferred)
