Curriculum Developer & Facilitator Lynden Door 2077 Main Street Lynden WA 98264 Full time MondayFriday On site Join Our Employee Development Team at Lynden Door Do you enjoy building meaningful learning experiences and connecting with teams Are you energized by designing curriculum facilitating engaging trainings and helping others grow If so you could be a great fit for our Employee Development Team We are a people first company committed to helping individuals grow and develop Our purpose is to serve others through excellence integrity and continuous improvement We believe strong teams are built through intentional development and shared learning experiences About the Role As a Curriculum Developer & Facilitator you will design and develop training curriculum that supports leaders and teams across our Family of Companies Youll collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs build purpose driven learning experiences and facilitate impactful training sessions This role blends creativity organization and leadership influence to help strengthen team capability and culture What Youll Do Conduct assessments with leadership to identify training and development needs Develop custom curriculum tools and learning resources based on business needs Ensure adult learning best practices are incorporated into all training materials Facilitate engaging in person and virtual training sessions Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements through feedback loops Develop surveys gather feedback data and prepare summary reports Support scheduling setup and coordination of training events Prepare materials printing binding organizing training resources etc Provide administrative and facilitation support to the Employee Development Team as needed What Were Looking For 13 years of experience developing and facilitating training curriculum or related learning content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority Strong problem solving skills and adaptability in a fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion High integrity professionalism and respect for others Passion for serving others and contributing to a healthy team culture Preferred Bilingual EnglishSpanish Certification in Instructional Design or experience with course authoring tools Articulate Adobe Captivate etc Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage 2800 per hour DOE Medical dental and vision insurance Health Savings Account HSA with employer contributions Paid Time Off PTO 8 Paid Holidays in addition to PTO 401k with employer contributions Employer paid life insurance Voluntary benefits Life Accident Long Term Disability Critical Illness Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Work With Us We are an equal opportunity employer and one of North Americas leading manufacturers of interior residential and commercial wood doors Our supportive environment is built on respect integrity and excellence Across our Family of Companies we are committed to helping people grow and develop while pursuing excellence in all we do Apply today and grow your career with us Must be 18 years or older to apply Job offers are contingent on passing a pre employment drug test including marijuana GrowWithUs
