Were CCMC a community management company specializing in master planned communities Our vision of inspiring a resident centric focus is brought to life by our core values Integrity Respect Service and Community About the Community This active family HOAs amenities include a state of the art Fitness Center large resort style swimming pool snack bar style cafe and meeting spaces It is nestled into the areas beautiful hills On site staff include the Community Manager Lifestyle Director Maintenance Associate and Community Ambassadors Are you passionate about community engagement and thrive in a service oriented environment Join us as a Community Ambassador where youll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for residents guests and prospective buyers This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team and a resident centric culture with the Community and CCMC two companies known for their integrity respect service and community focused values Responsibilities Community Overview & Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for guests residents and potential buyers providing tours answering questions and disseminating community information and its offeringsEvent Support Assist the clients marketing team in planning and executing marketing events with potential buyers realtors and residents both inside and outside the community Help organize and facilitate community events with the client Lifestyle Director and Farm DirectorAdministrative Duties Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls responding to emails event registration and supporting marketing efforts with weekly sales and traffic reports Maintain operational tasks such ensuring a well maintained environment and inventory management for on site facilitiesDaily Operations Follow checklists to open and close the facility properly ensuring it meets health and safety standards Engage regularly with residents prospective buyers and staff and perform facility tours as needed and directed by the Community Manager Work closely with the team to facilitate communication goals Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with strong project management and multitasking skills in fast paced environments Alternatively a minimum of six months experience with excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette will also be consideredEducation High School Diploma or equivalentSkills Strong interpersonal skills excellent verbal and written communication and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Must be able to develop design and implement programs and reportsPersonal Qualities A positive outgoing personality the ability to work well independently and as part of a team and strong conflict resolution skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and attend community events Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportationAdditional Information Work Schedule The primary workdays will be on weekends with additional hours approved for events and deadlines Flexibility to work nights holidays and weekends as neededJoin us and be part of a service oriented team dedicated to enhancing the community experience for all If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include Lifting and Carrying Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 poundsExtended Sitting or Standing Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or eventsManual Dexterity Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devicesWe are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment If you require reasonable accommodations during the application process or in performing the job duties as described in the posting please email talentccmcnetcom so we can review next steps together What we offer Support Programs Employee Assistance Program EAP and Calm HealthAs a part time employee you may be eligible to accrue paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws 401k with Company Match Automatic enrollment with a 30 match on the first 10 of contributionsCompetitive pay depending on experiencePart time flexible scheduleMost importantly a caring team who is dedicated to your success
