Case Manager Older Youth Services 43500 48500 per year Do you enjoy helping youth reach their full potential If so we want you to be our next Independent Living Case Manager for to provide services to participants in The Villages of Indianas Older Youth Services OYS program The Case Manager will act as a team member by Supporting youth in building skills necessary to successfully transition to independence by assisting youth in accessing educational employmentcareer financial mentalemotional and community resources Developing rapport while using a strength based approach with the youth Partnering with referring agencies schools community resources to serve the needs of the youth Effectively and promptly responding to youth in crises situations Position Requirements A Bachelors degree in social work psychology sociology or directly related human service field from an accredited four year college is required If BSW then LBSW is needed or candidate needs to be working towards licensure Case managers work as a part of a larger treatment team; effective verbal and written communication is essential on call hours are required Youth Services Casework experience working with teens and young adults is strongly preferred The Villages of Indiana offers a team oriented environment for case managers social workers and other child family and social services professionals with flexible scheduling competitive pay and benefits package The Villages is Indianas largest private non profit provider of Child and Family services including Foster Care The Villages champions every childs right to a safe permanent and nurturing home We are committed to strengthening all families and embracing the dignity and diversity of every child youth and family served
