Join the BenQ Team Its an exciting time to work at BenQ BenQ North America is a growing company focused in both the consumer electronics and professional AV markets We are looking for talent who have the passion and drive to succeed in the highly competitive display industry while delivering on the promise ofBringing Enjoyment n Qualityto the lives of our loyal customers We are hiring a Technical Sales Support Representative to support revenue growth for our eB2B team Duties & Responsibilities Act as a technical subject matter expert to identify client needs and architect custom solutions using BenQs hardware software and service ecosystemsExecute proactive lead follow ups and support the broader sales strategy to convert prospects into long term national accountsPartner with the Marcom team to develop technical sales collateral messaging and documentation tailored to specific industry verticalsBuild and maintain high level rapport with stakeholders across the customer account base from technical influencers to executive buyersServe as the primary point of contact for complex customer issues providing rapid resolution or managing strategic escalations to technical servicesRepresent the BenQ brand at partner sites trade shows and industry events through live product demonstrations Traveling to prospects and partner sites for installation guidance Required Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities Professional Experience 13 years in Technical Sales andor Inside Sales Background in the consumer electronics or AV industry is highly preferred Hands on experience with Magento Adobe Commerce HubSpot and Salesforce to manage pipelinesProven ability to translate complex technology innovations into value driven business solutions for diverse customer segments Strong foundational knowledge of display technologies projectors interactive flat panels and monitors with the ability to master proprietary software quickly Proactive approach to business development including a willingness to conduct cold outreach and engage prospective high value leads Service first consultative approach; able to remain composed and professional in high pressure sales environments Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and a high degree of comfort learning and implementing new digital marketing and automation tools Education Bachelors degree preferred Position Type Full time Office based 20 local and regional travel as needed
