CSAT Solutionshas always emphasized that outstanding people are the key to our success We know that outstanding candidates are looking for challenging career opportunities If you are a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spiritCSAT Solutionsmay have a career for you We invite you to explore the current opportunities available atCSAT Solutions We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Failure Analysis Technician Role and Responsibilities Tests troubleshoots and repairs complex system failuresConducts visual mechanical inspection of units components subcomponents andor computer systemsAssembles and disassembles units computer components andor subcomponentsPerforms computer data entry using shop floor systemsFollows procedures and diagrams in engineering change ordersInteracts daily with operations and materials groupsResponsible for meeting ISO 9001 andor other quality system requirements in their departmentMay complete component level trouble shooting capacitor resistors etc May perform other duties as assignedSkills Education and Training Associates degree in electronics computer repair or other related field preferred2 years or more experience in failure analysis electronics quality inspection or computer repairAbility to read and interpret schematicsblock diagramsEmail and written messaging with basic Excel knowledgeKnowledge of advanced computer hardwarecomponents and basic computer softwareExperience using hand power tools preferredProficient English abilities requiredFamiliarity with continuous improvement methods preferredExcellent time management skillsAbility to follow documented procedures standards and policiesMust be able to work in a fast paced team environment with close supervisionWorking Conditions and Essential Abilities & Functions Warehouse environment may not be climate controlledUse of small hand toolsFrequent standing walking and sittingOccasional liftingcarrying and pushingpulling up to 50 lbsCSAT Solutions LP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race national origin gender gender identity sexual orientation protected veteran status disability age or other legally protected status
