CSAT Solutions has always emphasized that outstanding people are the key to our success We know that outstanding candidates are looking for challenging career opportunities If you are a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit CSAT Solutions may have a career for you We invite you to explore the current opportunities available at CSAT Solutions CSAT Solutions is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Ball Grid Array Operator This position will require the candidate to have some knowledge of computer components Role and Responsibilities Reviews documentation on repair ticketReviews incoming chip profile to determine details of problemsInspects and analyzes chip to assess next steps in repair processRemoves or replaces BGA Chips from boardRemoves residue from chips with flux and cleans printed circuit boards PCBRuns basic tests to ensure proper repair has occurredLearns and uses new processes and procedures for the BGA repair lineCompletes repair ticket in computer system to document repair activityResponsible for meeting ISO 9001 andor other quality system requirements in their departmentMay perform other duties as assigned Education Training and Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience soldering small electrical parts intermediate skill preferred1 year or more of assemblydisassembly experience preferred with laptops computers andor technology component repair preferredExperience using hand power toolsIntermediate knowledge of computer hardwareBasic familiarity with computer use requiredFamiliarity with continuous improvement methods preferredMust be able to work in a fast paced team environment with close supervisionIntermediate English abilities requiredAbility to follow documented procedures standards and policiesExcellent time management skills Working Conditions and Essential Abilities & Functions Warehouse environment may not be climate controlledLiftcarry up to 20 lbsPushpull up to 10 lbsStandwalk for 8 hoursOccasional bending stooping twisting and crouchingUse of small hand toolsCSAT Solutions LP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race national origin gender gender identity sexual orientation protected veteran status disability age or other legally protected status
