Jeff Davis Dental & Orthodontics Fayetteville is looking to add a stellar Dental Assistant to the team We have serviced our community by providing excellent dental care for over 30 years and Dr Williams is devoted to building relationships with our patients for lifelong care This is an office where you can feel comfortable and confident with a team you can trust If your goal is being a part of a dental family then look no further Our growing fast paced dental office is looking for a individual who prides themselves on excellent customer service Applicant must be professional and able to multitask Previous DA experience is required Full time employees receive access to our comprehensive benefit package within their first 60 days of employment Job Duties Greets patients in waiting area and escorts patients to the operatoryAssists the dentist in the administration of treatment at the chair side as required or directed by the dentistMaintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control proceduresReview the health history make chart entries under the direction of the dentist and assure completion of forms and signaturesAssume the responsibility associated with any duties that may be delegated by the dentistFamiliarize the patient with the aspects of their dental visit and provide support and compassion to that patient when it is neededStock operatories and maintain clinical supply inventoryReview daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instrumentsAssist in front office procedures if time allows or need is determined by the Dentist or Office ManagerSupervise preventive maintenance of dental equipmentTake digital radiographsFollow practice protocols quality assurance biohazards infection control referral emergency medicine implants perio program and emergency treatmentRequirement At least two years of professional chairside dental assisting experienceCompensation Based on experience 20 24hrPosition Schedule Full Time 4 DaysWeekNo evenings no weekendsMonday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 830 430
