• Foster a high-performance sales culture through recruiting, support, and professional development.
• Collaborate on business development and office growth strategy.
• Nurture client relationships and consistently deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications:

• Active broker license in Utah.
• Driven professional with a proven record of sales success in real estate.
• Deep knowledge of contracts, disclosure, and compliance.
• Recruiting and coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communicator—both with teams and clients.
• Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive with autonomy.
• Minimum of two years’ active real estate experience preferred.
