** Required / Preferred Qualifications**
- 1–2 years of payroll experience
- UKG experience preferred; experience in other payroll systems accepted
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review payroll data for accuracy
- Patience and professionalism when working with drivers and employees who are not tech-savvy
- Ability to handle multiple pay types and changing payroll data
- Basic payroll or accounting knowledge preferred
- Trucking or transportation experience is a plus, not required
** Role Scope & Responsibilities**
- Process payroll for drivers and non-driver employees across multiple entities
- Review payroll data including route pay, per diem, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and garnishments
- Monitor employee advances, repayments, and expense reimbursements
- Support onboarding, terminations, and final pay processing
- Review and process benefits-related payroll items
- Process payments for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors
- Partner with HR, operations, and billing to resolve payroll discrepancies
** Training & Work Environment**
- In-office role
- Training will begin with one entity, with additional entities added as proficiency is achieved
- Will train on UKG, trucking-specific pay, and company systems for the right candidate
