Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join a Systematic Technology group, supporting the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of real-time trading, compliance, and risk management systems.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, quantitative researchers, compliance, and risk teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about building intuitive, responsive user interfaces and robust backend services that support a multi-asset class trading ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and evolve user interfaces for a multi-asset class trading platform

Design, develop, and maintain backend services that power user-facing applications

Collaborate with quantitative, trading, compliance, and risk teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and reliability improvements

Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Java

Experience building both frontend and backend applications

Understanding of financial market structures

Solid software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP, testing)
