*hackajob is collaborating with MANTECH* to connect them with exceptional tech professionals for this role. MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Manager to join our team in Doral, FL** .

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Run all business operations and establish and track task order requirements and deliverables
  • Oversee personnel onboarding, project budget management, project scheduling (IMS), and program procurement activities
  • Participate in organizational strategic planning and financial planning meetings and activities
  • Lead monitoring and evaluation efforts to assess and track contract and project performance
  • Ensures that the project requirements are clearly defined and captured in documents like the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Provide leadership for program life cycle management activities
  • Aligns the procurement strategy with the project schedule and budget.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field or 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor’s degree
  • 9+ years of relevant Business Manager experience.
  • Proven experience in budget management, human resources, general business functions, and Government contracting.
  • The ability to lead teams, set and track goals, onboard new employees, and perform day-to-day business functions.
  • Ability to respond to Government inquiries, address contractual and programmatic issues, and manage deliverables. Experience in hiring, supervising, and mentoring project teams and subordinate staff members.

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience on AAS/FEDSIM Programs.
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience with specific industry, domain related to the contract, and Government agency regulations and processes.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and using data analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Government Contracting Manager (CGCM). Certification, experience, training with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management; ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management; and ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management.
  • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements

  • Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
