Job Overview

The Vice President of Business Management is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall business operations and management system, driving business strategy execution, operational optimization, and performance growth. This position plays a crucial bridging role between company strategy and day-to-day operations, ensuring the company achieves its long-term growth and profitability goals by optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening cross-departmental collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Business Strategy Execution and Management

Support the formulation and implementation of the company’s overall business strategy.

Translate strategic goals into actionable business plans and operational objectives.

Track key business metrics to ensure the company achieves its revenue and growth targets.

  1. Business Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s various business units to ensure efficient operation.

Optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Establish standardized operational management systems and business processes.

  1. Performance Management and Business Analysis

Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.

Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement.

Provide business reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  1. Cross-departmental Coordination and Resource Management

Coordinate sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure business synergy.

Optimize resource allocation to improve organizational efficiency and business execution capabilities.

Drive the smooth implementation of key business projects.

  1. Growth and Business Expansion Support

Identify new business growth opportunities and market expansion directions.

Support new product launches and new market entry strategies.

Drive business scaling and revenue growth.

  1. Risk Management and Operational Control

Identify business operational risks and develop response strategies.

Ensure business operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Establish business monitoring and internal control mechanisms.

Job Qualifications

Education Background

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field

MBA preferred

Work Experience

20+ years of experience in business management, operations management, or a related field

At least 15+ years of senior management experience

Experience in large enterprises or fast-growing companies is preferred
