Maintenance Technician Ventana Lakes Peoria AZ HOAMCO Culture HOAMCO team members are passionate and work independently yet understand the value of teamwork As a company HOAMCO builds open and honest relationships through communication and delivers exceptional customer service to each person we connect with Function & Role Under general supervision of the Community Association Manager the Maintenance Technician maintains all facilities including but not limited to all mechanical systems equipment and property Qualifications Position involves standing and movement throughout the day Must be able to transport oneself around the property Position will alternate between working indoors in controlled climate and proper lighting to an outdoor setting with variable climate and lighting Must be able to lift heavy load utilizing safe work methods Able to lift 75 pounds or more Valid state drivers license High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year maintenance experience Job Duties Reports to Lead Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician maintains all facilities including but not limited to all mechanical systems equipment and propertyAssess and ensure compliance with all regulatory agenciesInspect all facilities and equipment as needed for operations and any hazardous conditions which may or may not existReport any problems to Lead Maintenance Technician immediatelyWork on daily and weekly plan activitiesAssess urgency of work and recommend priority to Lead Maintenance TechnicianKeep maintain mark and secure Community Property toolsReasonable availability for after hours emergenciesCheck and inspect all Community trails dailyMaintain inventory of all supplies needed for the Community as approved by the Community budgetRegular maintenance of facilitiesAssesses materials needed for repair issues in advance and consolidates procurement time & travelMonitor all restroom facilities and suppliesMaintain order and cleanliness of maintenance office supply shed and immediate yard area All HOAMCO Employees Possess Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment while handling interruptions as part of the routine Strong team player willing to help and assist others when needed Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others Strong sense of and high standard for customer service An enthusiastic professional and positive demeanor Integrity and credibility Job duties may be modified if necessary About HOAMCO Since 1991 HOAMCO Homeowners Association Management Company has successfully handled every aspect of community association management We manage over 600 communities in six states and are continuing to grow
