About The Role The Talent Acquisition Partner at Horning Management LLC Corporation will be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier talent to support our organizational growth and operational excellence. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and execute full-cycle recruiting activities. Qualifications Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent work experience. A minimum of 8-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required, preferably within property management, real estate, or related industries. Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in recruitment tools and Microsoft Office Suite are also critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights into market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Post job openings on various platforms, including internal systems, external job boards, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, career fairs, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing a professional recruitment process.
- Promote Horning Management LLC Corporation as an employer of choice through branding initiatives, social media, and community engagement.
- Coordinate participation in job fairs, networking events, and outreach programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze data to identify areas for process improvement, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve recruitment processes, interview training, and diversity initiatives.
