Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Inside Sales Specialist will manage day-to-day tasks including lead generation, Cold calling, Pitch Deck Creation and Data Analysis, customer interactions, and facilitating client communication. Responsibilities also include ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality customer service. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.

Sales objective:

Deliver on monthly revenue and account growth targets by consistently meeting or exceeding defined sales goals.” This sets a clear performance expectation for the role.

Cold calling and lead generation scope:

Proactively identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, referrals, and networking within healthcare industry channels, documenting all outreach activities in the CRM and Excel.

Reporting structure and collaboration:

Report directly to the VP of Business Development and collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align lead‑generation efforts with company strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Advanced Excel skills for organizing and analyzing data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confident when cold calling and presenting to clinicians; resilient when faced with rejection.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships efficiently
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare related field is preferred
  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
