We’re Hiring: Project Director! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead critical evaluation projects for a federal healthcare agency, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires subject matter expertise in federal healthcare programs and clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project progress and ensure collaboration between team members and client representatives.
• Assign tasks to specific clinicians based on project needs and monitor alignment with established goals.
• Provide clinical subject matter expertise, including understanding of Medicare and Medicaid requirements, including coverage standards.
• Ensure all team activities comply with data privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA and FISMA standards for handling sensitive information.
• Develop medical record review instruments and assist in designing evaluation protocols.
• Collaborate with federal staff on project deliverables, including written and verbal communication products.
• Utilize project-specific tools like Microsoft Access, Excel, and Medical Review Tracker (MRT) for effective tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing large medical review projects focused on Medicare and Medicaid program evaluations.

• Skills & Knowledge:

• Clinical expertise in areas such as clinical coding and understanding coverage requirements.

• Knowledge of federal healthcare program regulations and program management.

• Proficiency in software such as Access, Excel, and MRT.

• Expertise in ensuring compliance with HIPAA and FISMA standards.
