Sr. Manager, IT PMO

As a Senior Manager of IT PMO, you will be responsible for managing Transformation Programs Portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role that will drive System and Business process maturity across all business systems to meet company’s yearly goals. You will drive cross functional collaboration and coordination to eliminate ambiguity, foster teamwork and deliver exceptional solutions to enable all business units to meet and exceed set goals with 10+ years of experience leading enterprise financial systems implementations, digital transformations, and cross-functional project teams. Proven ability to align IT solutions with business goals, optimize financial processes, and deliver programs on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing the overall project and program portfolio, overseeing ongoing programs, leading cross-functional coordination, driving program planning and execution, managing escalations, facilitating stakeholder communication, developing program reporting, maintaining project artifacts, leading intake process for new initiatives, collaborating with portfolio leaders and technical teams, driving strategic decisions on program execution, leading negotiations on program priorities, partnering with IT and business leaders for resource alignment, and coordinating with other PMO managers. Leadership responsibilities include mentoring the PMO team and representing IT in key decision-making forums. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years of program management experience, experience as a System Technical Program Manager, skills in ERP systems (SAP), cloud migration, regulatory compliance, finance systems experience, and strong communication skills. The role is based in Silicon Valley, California, at Lucid Motors, a company focused on luxury electric vehicles and sustainability.
