Description

• Lead production employees to perform in a proficient manner, providing motivation through personal example and interpersonal skills
• Ensure employees are following all safety operating procedures
• Help train and develop a high performing team
• Ensure team is on pace and schedule
• Inspect garments that were sorted, ensure sorting is being done correctly, correct issues that are found.
• Check HAACP daily, ensure all HAACP procedures are being followed
• Responsible for putting teams counts in hourly and daily
• safely lift up to 50 if needed
• Remain standing/walking for extended amounts of time daily
• Work overtime when needed
• Managing and leading the PPE program for all soil staff
• Supporting unloading of shuttles
• Utilization of forklift
• Bring in soil carts for soil sorters for daily workflow
• Hang/Weight slings and ensure accuracy for loads
• Track daily counts of soil carts
