BCBA salary range: $77,000 — $85,000
Key Duties:

Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and intervention strategies

Develop new programs and modify existing programs as needed

Collaborate with the treatment team, parents, and support networks to review case progress

Provide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists regarding policies and procedures

Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations

Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory responsibilities
