Dot Net Fullstack Tech Lead

The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, overseeing both front-end and back-end development efforts, ensuring high-quality code and seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
- Required 7 years of experience in Core .NET Technologies
- Proven experience in leading software development projects
- Expertise in .NET framework technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms and services
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality and performance standards
- Manage application deployment, version control, and release processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack and development processes
