This is a Hybrid role (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) offers the opportunity to lead a team of developers in the creation of cutting-edge web applications, using the latest technologies in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Looking for candidates local to Tampa, FL only.
  • Extensive experience in full-stack development with a strong command of .NET framework technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of developers, promoting best practices in coding and architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee code reviews and testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the development processes.
