The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish), tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to new systems. Working collaboratively, the new team member will enhance efficiency by leading paper-to-digital transitions, supporting financial and administrative tasks, and improving reporting processes while ensuring seamless execution across departments.Salary Additional Benefits:

Location: Houston, TX – Fully On Site
Type of Position: Direct HireResponsibilities:

  • Improve systems and workflow for the new hub and existing facilities.
  • Drive paper-to-digital transitions (docs, workflows, logs, approvals).
  • Cross-departmental support: HR, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Accounting.
  • Perform A/P and A/R tasks (invoice processing, vendor/customer follow-ups, reconciliations).
  • Build simple reports/dashboards; track KPIs and follow through on action items.
  • Own assigned projects; identify areas to improve, propose fixes, and implement approved solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish – full fluency (read, write & speak)
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial/leadership role
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft 365, ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks, Salesforce, comfort with new systems)
  • Proven problem-solving; detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Self-starter who executes with minimal micromanagement, strong team collaborator
