Enablement Program Manager – Hotels
About the Role
Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to design and deliver impactful learning programs that support fast-growing GTM teams in the hospitality sector.
This contract role is ideal for a highly organized, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building scalable training experiences that drive real performance outcomes. You will partner closely with senior enablement leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen onboarding, skill development, and learning systems.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs using instructional design best practices

Create role-based learning experiences including certifications, playbooks, mock scenarios, and performance enablement materials

Manage and optimize the learning management system, ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and well-structured

Troubleshoot and improve enablement technology tools and workflows

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective learning solutions

Leverage data and reporting tools to identify skill gaps and improve program effectiveness

Lead projects end-to-end with strong ownership and minimal oversight
Qualifications
Required:
-
5 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or instructional design

Hands-on experience administering and optimizing LMS platforms

Proven ability to create engaging sales or performance enablement content (playbooks, narratives, objection handling, training programs)

Strong instructional design portfolio demonstrating effective learning outcomes

Excellent stakeholder collaboration and project management skills

Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, or Airtable

Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
Preferred:

Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments

Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong

Exposure to hospitality, travel, or marketplace business models

Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving teams

Contract Length: 6 months

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location:Remote within the US (West Coast preferred, or candidates able to work Pacific Time hours).

Compensation Range: $85-$100/hour (based on experience)
